Extruded (PS) board has suitable temperature: when the organic board is above 50-60 ℃, it begins to be hot bent. It can be cut with a lathe, drilled with a drilling machine, and processed into a variety of products ranging from large aircraft cockpit cover to small dentures and dental brackets by plastic molding methods such as blow molding, injection, extrusion, etc.

Most processing processes such as mechanical cutting, hot bending, screen printing, UV spray painting and plastic absorption can be adapted.
